Held at Kam Tung Kitchen, one of Hong Kong’s most exciting Chinese dining venues, this evening showcases a once-in-a-lifetime tasting of wines that shaped an era.

This is a celebration not just of Bordeaux’s First Growths, but of a time when the region reached a peak in age-worthy finesse. Paired with a bespoke Chinese dining menu, each wine has been carefully selected to reflect the majesty and maturity of the vintage—culminating in an unforgettable sensory journey.
